Maybe a little few words for this button {% translate "Cannot attend" %}? Better readable.

Here a PR for #597. It's a request from Jon and the Vorstand.
I didn't spend much time on the look and on the texts yet, I wanted to show the changes to Jon first to see if it fits the needs, but the logic can already be checked. If you have improvement ideas, let me know.
